If you’re booking a stay in a British hotel this year, the advice from Olga Polizzi is to lower your expectations — and to budget for a bigger bill than you were expecting.
The grand dame of hospitality runs three of the nation’s brightest boutique properties: Hotel Tresanton in St Mawes, Cornwall, Hotel Endsleigh on Dartmoor and the Star in Alfriston, East Sussex.
