Now that the first phase of the reorganization at ELT is almost behind us, the second phase of the reorganization for non-ELT is coming into view. From the recent message from HR Director Paulo Pisano you could have heard that the outcome of the second phase will become clearer in the coming weeks. The message also states that the intended impact on employees and the timelines are still subject to discussion with the works council and the trade unions.

The three trade unions had a meeting with a delegation of the works council on Wednesday 16 April 2025 about the state of affairs and the upcoming process.
