Andy Serwer: Hello everyone and welcome to At Barron’s. I’m Andy Serwer, and welcome to our guest, Glenn Fogel, CEO of Booking Holdings. Glenn, nice to see you.
Glenn Fogel: Oh, thanks for having me, Andy.
Andy Serwer: So let’s start off by you giving us a thumbnail of Booking Holdings. It’s the old Priceline company and it has that brand and other brands as well.
Glenn Fogel: Yeah, well thumbnail, that’s going to be hard, we’re a big company now. We started out, you’re correct, Priceline.com, way back in the internet days. We’re a very different company now. The biggest subsidiary we have is called Booking.com. Booking is by far the biggest, about 90% approximately of the total business now, but we have a lot of other brands. People in the US may not know Booking.com nearly as well as they know Priceline and Kayak and Open Table. Those are more well known in the US….
