Online travel group Booking.com has claimed that Ryanair’s chief technology officer, John Hurley, was wrong during a US trial in the summer when he alleged that he had seen evidence of a Ryanair flight booking made over the travel group’s website just two weeks before the court heard the case.
Booking.com is trying to prevent Ryanair from securing a permanent injunction to stop it from selling the airline’s flights.
