Companies told to avoid putting ‘huge number of exhibits’ before court when case starts in July

A judge preparing to preside over a major trial in the United States involving Ryanair and Booking Holdings has warned the companies not to swamp the court with a huge number of exhibits or to object to a large proportion of the opposing side’s submissions.
The trial of the case is due to start in July and last for five days.
