The new study, ‘Decoding the travel advisor client’, offers a deep dive into travellers’ preferences, values and planning habits, according to Expedia Group, parent company of the travel advisor booking portal Expedia TAAP. Study participants include travellers who have used a travel advisor in the past 18 months.
