MakeMyTrip introduces a series of new employee initiatives to help employees reset and recharge as part of its wellness initiatives during the pandemic which has altered the way we live and work.
Among the various initiatives rolled out for its employees, the company has introduced mandatory paid time off to be availed before the end of this year. Through the initiative, the company hopes to encourage its employees to take a pause, disconnect from official commitments, and revitalize themselves by choosing to spend time with their loved ones or taking a much-needed holiday.
