MakeMyTrip elevates Richa Jha to Director

MakeMyTrip, a leading online travel services firm, has appointed Richa Jha as Director – Human Resources.

“I am happy to share that I have been promoted to the role of Director – Human Resources at MakeMyTrip!” Jha shared in a LinkedIn post.

Jha has more than a decade of experience in HR.

She has been working with MakeMyTrip for more than three years, most recently as Associate Director – Human Resources.

Previously, she worked at Lexin, Walmart, Aurigene Discovery Technologies, Reliance Retail, Biocon and Wepsol.

Jha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from the International School of Business & Media, Pune.
