GIG Mobility (GIGM) and Travelstart Nigeria have partnered to allow customers to book both bus and air transport tickets in one location. It is the nation’s first partnership between an air and a road transportation company and was implemented to address travel challenges experienced by passengers. As part of this collaboration, customers can book GIGM bus transport services via the Travelstart platform, and they can also book air travel via GIGM’s platform. The innovation involves integrating technology to make the booking process easier.
