Travel website Tripadvisor is forecasting a lively summer season in Las Vegas, as per its annual Summer Travel Index. 95% of respondents plan to travel as much as, or more than, the summer before, with over a quarter aiming to spend $5,000 or more on their vacations. Las Vegas is the leading domestic travel destination for US citizens, followed by Myrtle Beach, Orlando, Honolulu, and New York City. For those choosing international vacations, Mexico seems to be the preferred destination, with Cancun being the most popular.
