The Holcombe Tap has been a Ramsbottom establishment for more than five years after it opened in 2018.
It was taken over by new bosses, father and son team Bill and Will Gallie, in 2022.
In November last year it won the the Leading Casual Restaurant award alongside another Ramsbottom venue, Colleens, at the “This is Manchester Awards, 2023”.
One reviewer said: “Holcombe Tap? More like Holcombe top of the Sunday Roast league! Am I right? Staff were attentive, the food and drinks were great. Atmosphere was warm and cosy with some live music.”
