TUI Group, a top tourism company based in Germany, was founded in 1923 and was formerly listed under the London Stock Exchange’s premium segment. However, shareholders voted for its delisting from this exchange in June 2024, opting for its shares to be solely listed in Germany on the Frankfurt and Hanover exchanges. Now, TUI’s primary listings are on these exchanges and it is part of the Xetra electronic trading system, with the ticker symbol reading ETR: TUI1, or TUI1.DE/TUI1.XE on some platforms. The company, led by CEO Sebastian Ebel since October 2022, offers a broad range of travel services such as package holidays, flights, hotels, cruises, and tours.
