Croatian hotel operator Punta Zlatarac Tucepi, a collaboration between Croatian hospitality firm Sunce Koncern and German company TUI, has bought 32 hectares of land on the island of Brac. They plan to construct three TUI branded hotels on the newly acquired land, according to Sunce Koncern.
