TUI Airways is set to expand its Caribbean network with the launch of a seasonal service between Belfast and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The new route will begin operations on June 20, 2026, and will run for four weeks. Flights will be operated on Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, complementing the airline’s existing connections to Punta Cana from London-Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham, Amsterdam, and a charter service from Stockholm-Arlanda.
Travelers will have the option to book 14-night vacation packages in popular destinations such as La Romana, Bayahíbe, San Pedro de Macorís, Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana, Miches, and Uvero Alto.
Craig Morgan, TUI’s Managing Director for Ireland, emphasized the significance of the new route: “We’re delighted to offer our customers in Northern Ireland the opportunity to fly directly to the Dominican Republic next summer.
