has made adjustments to its United Kingdom-outbound flight network during the upcoming summer season, removing 12 routes, including one long-haul flight, to various leisure destinations.
Leisure network cuts
As flagged by AeroRoutes, TUI Airways removed 12 routes that it had operated during the previous summer season, with this year’s summer season starting on March 30 and ending on October 26.
This includes some long-haul flights, namely from London Gatwick Airport
(LGW) to Hewanorra International Airport (UVF), with the airport serving Saint Lucia, an island nation in the Caribbean. The route will end on May 27, according to AeroRoutes.
