TUI Global Hospitality Fund has expanded its Caribbean portfolio with the acquisition of the former Jewel Paradise Cove in Runaway Bay, Jamaica.
The resort is expected to face a series of changes under the Royalton CHIC brand, TUI announced at the recently concluded ITB Berlin, one of the world’s leading travel and tourism trade fairs.
TIU will complement the current 225-plus rooms at the resort by adding 120 new Diamond Club beachfront suites. When completed in late 2026, the hotel will join the Autograph Collection.
According to a TUI press statement, the expansion into Jamaica highlights the impact of Royalton Resorts on the all-inclusive industry.
Royalton currently operates two resorts in Negril and two in Trelawny.
