
Willis, the aviation firm, has secured a second deal with TUI to provide maintenance services for its narrowbody aircraft at Teesside Airport.
The deal follows the previous announcement of Willis signing a deal with Jet2 at the airport at its Jet Centre by Willis facility to carry out C-check inspection on the airline’s 737s.
“Willis has been a vital partner for Teesside and this agreement is yet another example of their commitment to our airport,” said Phil Forster, Managing Director of Teesside Airport. “This second deal shows we’re growing as an attractive option for aircraft MRO with operators sitting up and taking notice of what our site has on offer.
