THE NEWS: Batik Air’s business class passengers and loyalty program members departing from Dhaka will now be able to use the EBL Skylounge at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, following a newly signed agreement between Batik Air and EBL.

DETAILS:

  • The agreement was signed in Dhaka by M. Khorshed Anowar, DMD and Head of Retail and SME Banking of EBL, and Prodip Kumar Dey, Station Manager of Batik Air, formalising the partnership that grants lounge access to Batik Air’s premium travelers.
  • The EBL Skylounge is located within Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, providing dedicated seating, refreshments and Wi‑Fi for eligible travelers.
  • Batik Air officials present at the signing included Biplob Chakrabarty, Head of Commercial; Ismail Hossain Tamal, Senior Manager; and Md. Iqbal Hossen, Relationship Officer.
  • The partnership grants access exclusively to business class passengers and members of Batik Air’s loyalty program on departing flights from Dhaka.
