BEIJING, China, Feb 24 — The launch of the sightseeing bus around the Hainan Coastal Scenic Highway on Wednesday morning marked a new addition to the tourism offerings in the island province.
Now the sightseeing bus introduces two routes offered visitors, giving the chance to explore the exquisite beauty and rich culture of the region.
The round-trip tropical beach tour takes travelers from the Haikou Bus Terminal to Wenchang Mulan Bay, passing through the Hainan Provincial Museum, Wenchang Puqian Historic Street, and Mulan Bay Lighthouse, covering a total distance of 160 kilometers, with a six-hour tour time.
On the other hand, the coconut forest tour from the Haikou Bus Terminal to Shanqin Bay in Wanning spans 319.8 kilometers round trip and takes seven hours to complete.
