The Hong Kong government has unveiled significant changes to its leadership within the tourism and commerce sectors, aiming to bolster these key areas as the city recovers from the pandemic. Lin Jian Yue (林建岳), famed for his previous tenure as the chairman of the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), will be reinstated to lead the organization once again. He succeeds Peng Yao Jia (彭耀佳), whose time at the helm will conclude at the end of March 2025 after six years of service.
