Hong Kong’s leader pledged to launch more tourism projects based on local films to help attract visitors, as an exhibition opened at the airport on Monday featuring replicas of sets from a popular martial arts movie that depicts
Kowloon Walled City.
Hundreds of residents and visitors gathered at the airport’s arrival hall in the morning for the exhibition, which includes a replica of a 6.5-metre-high (22-foot-high) double-storey set from Twilight of the Warriors: Walled In.
The installation, which showcases key scenes from the blockbuster film, has already become a popular spot for travellers to pose for selfies.
