KUCHING, April 18: The Malaysian government, through the Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture (MOTAC) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the National Cultural Heritage Administration (NCHA) of the People’s Republic of China on Cooperation under the Framework of the Alliance for Cultural Heritage in Asia.
