By noon we had reached Manokamana temple cable car spot which is on the left side of the high way. We remembered our previous trip to the place in 2000 in my Qualis.

A tour of Nepal was on the anvil for a while now. It was given a serious thought in 2021 but the Covid restrictions there dissuaded us and we opted for Sikkim instead. This time in 2022, it seemed convenient as we had rainy season which had already started and no specific pressure from the home, farm and such other fronts. Car was given a routine and thorough service at Mangalore and coincidentally all the tyres are now brand new.
