Union Minister Smriti Zubin Irani unveiled the Haj Suvidha App on March 3, 2024, featuring flight support, training modules, and accommodation aid for pilgrims embarking on the annual pilgrimage. Irani also inaugurated a two-day Training of Trainers Programme at Vigyan Bhavan in the presence of Minister of State for Minority Affairs, John Barla. Additionally, Irani released the Haj Guide 2024, providing essential information about the pilgrimage and emphasising the use of the Haj Suvidha App. Published in 10 languages, this guide will be distributed to every Haj pilgrim.
To ensure a seamless and cost-effective experience for pilgrims, the Union Minister will personally gather feedback to improve Haj 2024.
