IHG has signed a management agreement with
Siddhya Hotels & Resorts for the development of a Holiday Inn
resort in Kufri, India.
Scheduled to open in 2026, the new-build, 100-key
Holiday Inn Resort Kufri will be located on a hilltop in one of
the most scenic towns in the district of Shimla.
Facilities will include four F&B outlets; four
versatile meeting and event spaces; a spa; gym; pool; and retail
spaces.
