Given the current unstable security situation in Lebanon, India, the United States, and Russia have issued strong travel advisories, urging their citizens to reconsider any travel plans to the country and asking those currently there to stay alert. The Indian Embassy in Lebanon has advised Indians in the country to maintain constant contact with the embassy and exercise caution. Russia has advised its citizens to avoid travelling to Lebanon until the situation in the southern region stabilizes.
