Intrepid Travel, an Australia-based adventure travel experiences company with operations in India has announced the hiring of around 15 female tour leaders in its India team this year. Intrepid Travel-India’s new leader’s pool will consist of 32 female leaders bringing female leaders’ representation to 40 percent with Intrepid India.
The company in a statement said that their mission is to raise awareness of the value of having a diverse workforce within an organisation and thereby empower women in the travel industry and advance gender equality.
