Ludhiana woman kidnaps travel agent over Russia visa fee

Ludhiana: A woman from Mullanpur allegedly kidnapped and thrashed a travel agent with the help of her aides. The woman’s nephew got a Russian visa from the travel agent but on reaching Russia, he was deported from the airport. The agent allegedly failed to return the money despite repeated requests.
The accused allegedly called him near Verka Milk Plant on Ferozepur Road on the pretext of getting another visa.

However, the victim said that they took him to Mullanpur and thrashed him.
