Mumbai: An FIR was registered against a Nepali woman for using an Indian passport with fake details to travel between India and Singapore multiple times. The woman was intercepted at the immigration desk at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai late on December 4. She was returning from Singapore at the time.
According to an FIR registered by the Sahar Police, the woman was required to produce her passport and boarding pass at the immigration desk. While examining the passport, the staff came across some discrepancies. Inquiries made with the woman revealed that she was a Nepali national.
