Jaipur: Rajasthan tourism received global recognition at ITB Berlin, winning PATWA (Pacific Area Travel Writers Association) and ‘Destination of the Year – Royal Experiences’ awards. Deputy chief minister Diya Kumari was awarded the ‘Woman Tourism Minister of the Year‘ award.
The PATWA award ceremony was attended by tourism ministers from ten countries, officials, hospitality and airline leaders, destination representatives, and industry stalwarts. On the first day of ITB Berlin, the Rajasthan tourism booth was officially inaugurated by Ajit Gupte, Indian Ambassador to Germany.
