Uttarakhand is going to launch India’s first-ever annual campaign ‘Nakshatra Sabha’ to promote astro tourism. This three-day event will be held at Mussoorie between 31 May and 1 June and will include activities like stargazing, special solar observations, astrophotography contest, camping under the stars. A total 84 participants will take part in these activities. Tourism department plans to organize such events at other places too.
