Seoul branded merchandise available on the online DDP Design Store –

• Seoul branded merchandise sold on the DDP Design Store online store starting at noon on Wed, Jan. 17
• Around 20 Seoul branded products available online, including popular pouches and gray hoodies
• Limited-time 20% off sale on stationery for spring semester to celebrate the grand opening of the online store

The Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) announced that Seoul branded merchandise will be sold on the online DDP Design Store starting at noon on Wed, Jan. 17 to provide a more convenient way for citizens to purchase beloved Seoul merchandise.

Created in collaboration with the Seoul Design Foundation (SDF) and the Seoul Tourism Organization (STO), Seoul branded merchandise gained great popularity as of Dec. 30 at the physical DDP Design Store, where lines outside the store formed an hour before sales began, leading to 40% of all sales on the first day.

Following high demand for a way to purchase Seoul branded merchandise online after only being available offline, the city created the online store (ddpdesignstore.org) to provide another outlet for purchasing the goods (overseas delivery unavailable). In addition, the online store is celebrating its launch with a limited-time 20% off sale on stationery ahead of spring semester.

Meanwhile, the city is also planning to release limited edition seasonal and event merchandise in addition to the merchandise available on the online store.
