By Prem Adhikari,Ilam, Apr. 13: In celebration of the Nepali New Year 2082, preparations are in full swing in Antu and Kanyam of Ilam, as ambassadors from various countries are set to visit the region.
The informal diplomatic visit, coordinated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Nepal Tourism Board, in collaboration with Suryodaya Municipality, will take place from 13 to 15 April.
As part of the annual tradition of inviting resident ambassadors to explore new tourism destinations during the New Year, this year’s programme will spotlight the scenic areas of Antu and Kanyam. Mayor Rana Bahadur Rai of Suryodaya Municipality confirmed the details.
