Kathmandu, Nov. 9: The cookbook Mystic Kitchens of Nepal by Chef Bikram Vaidya has been launched in Nepal.
Minister for Health and Population Pradip Paudel released the cookbook amid a programme held in Kathmandu on Friday. Earlier, the cookbook was launched in the United States of America on October 26, 2024.
Releasing the book, Minister Paudel commended Chef Vaidya for his contribution to promoting Nepali food culture and cuisine in the international arena through the comprehensive cookbook.
Food is important not only to sustain life but it is also closely connected to the health, culture and traditions of the people, he said, adding that the cookbook would be a milestone in preserving rich Nepali food…
