Tourism, agriculture and medicinal herbs have been regarded as economic boosters in Karnali region.
A study report mentioned it during a stakeholder discussion organized by International IDEA Nepal in Birendranagar on Monday. The report dwelt on economic growth and its potential in Karnali Province.
Province programme officer of IDEA Nepal, Khagendra Chamling Rai, said the report was prepared based on periodic plan, economic survey, interaction with key persons, and inspection visits.
