The new commitment is a step towards making the integrated resort (IR) an even bigger tourist destination in its own right, as it aims to offer a unique experience for both local and international visitors. Ultimately, the property hopes to help significantly boost Singapore’s tourism appeal for decades to come.
The second phase focuses on Tower 3, the Hotel Lobby and Sands SkyPark.
Visitors can expect a VIP arrival makeover, new premium dining and retail options, lobby transformation and a heightened focus on wellness experiences.
Over 550 redesigned rooms, including approximately 380 suites, will be unveiled gradually through 2025.
This transformative journey is part of a multi-year plan to position the IR as a leader in luxury hospitality. Marina Bay Sands is already in the final stage of its US$1 billion first-phase reinvestment, which involved refurbishing Hotel Towers 1 and 2 and introducing new dining and lifestyle amenities.
The expanded reinvestment program reaffirms parent company Las Vegas Sands’ commitment to Singapore’s hospitality industry, with a total reinvestment of US$1.75 billion.

“Marina Bay Sands has made significant progress in delivering new world-leading luxury travel experiences over the past two years.
“The second phase of reinvestment will be critical as it propels the property to new heights and places us in a strong position to capture future growth opportunities. We look forward to having visitors enjoy these new and enhanced offerings.”
The first phase has already seen extensive upgrades to around 1,280 rooms, introducing categories like The Paiza Collection and The Sands Collection.
The Paiza Sky Club on the 55th floor of Tower 2 is set to open its doors in February, offering an exclusive executive club experience.
Once all three hotel towers complete their transformation, guests can relish 1,850 luxuriously refurbished rooms, including almost 770 suites.
