Allied Market Research has highlighted that the South African MICE industry, valued at US$6.6 billion in 2023, is projected to grow to US$25.9 billion by 2032.
On the African continent, the business events industry is also experiencing significant growth. Valued at around US$16.6 billion in 2023, it is projected to soar to approximately US$65.6 billion (R1.2 trillion) by 2032, achieving a compound annual growth rate of 16.8%.
