Africa’s growing appeal and steady influx of tourists make it a key player in the global economy, politics, development, and cultural exchange, said Deputy President Paul Mashatile at the official opening of the trade floor at Africa’s Travel Indaba.
The trade show, hosted at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre (ICC) in Durban, began on Monday with a Business Opportunity Networking Day.
On Tuesday, the event moved into full swing with a business breakfast held at the newly reopened Hilton Hotel.
