The coastal town of Hermanus will be hosting the 12th FynArts Festival from June 7-17. The festival is a celebration of creativity in all its forms – visual, musical, literary, culinary, and performance.
The diverse programme runs over ten days and offers everything from theatre and live music in every genre, to art exhibitions, talks, workshops, and food and wine experiences.
The Marine Hotel, a member of The Liz McGrath Collection, is situated in the heart of Hermanus on the cliff path overlooking Walker Bay. The hotel is within walking distance to various FynArts activities and exhibitions and offers accommodation options for festivalgoers.
This includes sea-facing rooms where by June – when whale season should be in full swing – whale watching may be possible.
