Southern and East African tour operator Drifters Adventure Tours has changed the routing of its 16-day Botswana camping and accommodated tours to include immersive experiences such as rhino tracking, as the company seeks to capitalise on the upside potential of the adventure tourism sector.
For 2024, the routing for both Botswana tours now includes one night at Camp Silwane, adjacent to Hwange National Park in western Zimbabwe, followed by a night at Motobo National Park to the south and a night at the private Stevensford Game Reserve in Botswana’s Tuli block. Highlights include exceptional game viewing at Camp Silwane and rhino tracking on foot at Motobo.
The new sites add to an itinerary that also encompasses the Okavango Delta, the Khama Rhino Sanctuary, the Kalahari Desert, Maun, the Makgadikgadi Pans, Chobe National Park and the Victoria Falls.
