Sales and Service Consultants – South Africa – George

We are currently seeking a new sales consultant to join our call centre in George, Western Cape.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and/or outbound calls to service or sell insurance products.
• Provide accurate and reliable information and service via written and verbal communication within specified timeframes.
• Understand and apply underwriting guidelines to assess policy risks.
• Utilise sales techniques to close sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Pacific Policies and Procedures.
• Perform other duties within your skill and experience level as directed by your manager.
