The DP World Tour remains in South Africa, following the SDC Championship, with the upcoming Jonsson Workwear Open. The final event of the International Swing is scheduled from March 7th to 10th in Edenvale, a small city in the East Rand of Gauteng.
Four Italians, Francesco Laporta, Matteo Manassero, Lorenzo Scalise, and Andrea Pavan, will compete in the tournament. Now in its third edition, the DP World Tour event will offer a prize purse of $1,500,000. Nick Bachem will attempt to defend the only title he has won on the circuit so far.
In 2023, the German golfer secured victory by four shots over South Africans Hennie Du Plessis and Zander Lombard, both considered favorites again this year.
