The Municipality of Nessebar was presented on Tuesday to representatives of the Turkish tourism industry at the national press club of BTA in Ankara.
Guests at the event, which was opened by the Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to Turkiye, Angel Cholakov, were leading representatives of the tourism industry in the country.
During the event, a film about Nessebar and the area around the city was screened.
For 40 years, Nessebar has been included in the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage and is a living museum of nature, culture, crafts and traditions. This one place combines the most valuable of our centuries-old historical heritage and the most modern option for avant-garde tourism, Ambassador Cholakov said.
