Turkish Airlines (THY) announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) for sustainable tourism.
According to a statement from the THY Press Office, the memorandum aims to promote sustainable tourism practices and the development of aviation.
Focusing on expanding public and private sector cooperation to support progress in air connectivity in emerging destinations, the memorandum aims for both parties to leverage their expertise and engage in knowledge exchange, particularly on topics such as sustainable aviation fuel.
