Turkish ports welcomed close to 1.8 million cruise passengers in the first 10 months of the year, marking a nearly 27% increase compared to the same period last year, the Transport and Infrastructure Ministry announced on Tuesday.
The number of passengers increased by 26.8% to reach 1.77 million, the ministry said in a written statement. Moreover, it noted that the number of cruise ships arriving in Türkiye also surged by 3.7% to 1,112 compared to last year.
