ISTANBUL, Feb. 13 (Xinhua) — Türkiye’s tourist hotspots attract many Chinese tourists during the week-long Spring Festival, or Chinese Lunar New Year, which fell on Feb. 10 this year.
Irfan Karsli, head of the Istanbul travel agency Ligarba, said in a recent interview with Xinhua recently that the Spring Festival is one of the biggest opportunities for millions of Chinese to travel abroad and a good opportunity for the Turkish tourism sector to welcome them in the best possible way.
