A special event took place in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, on Friday to showcase ice and snow tourism resources in Northeast China”s Helongjiang and Liaoning provinces, as well as Northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region.
The event is part of the two-month-long “Hello! China – China Ice and Snow Tourism Overseas Promotion Season” running through February. It’s co-organized by the Network of International Culturalink Entities (NICE), the China Cultural Center in the UAE, and cultural and tourism bureaus of Xinjiang, Heilongjiang and Liaoning; and supported by International Tourism Alliance of Silk Road Cities.
