According to a report by Hindustan Times, it was mentioned that soon flyers from Chandigarh will be able to take a flight from Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport to the capital city of Abu Dhabi in the UAE. This will inturn strengthen the airport’s international connectivity and the daily direct flights will begin from May 15. With the launch of this new route, enhanced flight options and seamless connectivity will be offered to traveller commuting between the two nations for a multitude of purposes, including but not limited to business and tourism.
