Stockholm signs agreement to establish Ukraine Transport Support Fund

THE NEWS: The Agreement establishing the Ukraine Transport Support Fund (UTSF) was signed by Ukraine, Sweden, Lithuania, and Canada at the Fourth High-Level Dialogue on Transport in Ukraine in Stockholm on 16–17 February 2026.

The Dialogue brought together representatives from more than 20 countries and international organisations, including Ministers of Transport and Infrastructure.

The event was organised by the Government of Sweden jointly with the International Transport Forum (ITF) within the framework of the Common Interest Group for Ukraine (CIG4U).
