On March 31, 2025, Convergent International Travel, a travel and hotel supply chain platform, announced the completion of its latest RMB 100 million（about USD 13.8 million) Series B+ funding round.
The round was led by Fengyuan Capital, joined by from Huashan Capital, with continued backing from existing investor Mingyu Venture Capital.
This marks Convergent’s second nine-digit fundraising round since 2023. The company reported a robust 82% year-on-year rise in business scale in the first quarter of 2025.
